Culinary Master Class
My classes are hands-on and designed for everyone, with no prior cooking knowledge required. We cook together, guided by me, in a fun and relaxed environment where you’ll learn, enjoy, and experience something different.
Throughout the class, I share valuable tips, tricks, and cooking techniques, explaining not only how but also why we do things the way we do—whether from a scientific or cultural perspective. After a couple of hours of cooking together, we sit down to share the meal we’ve prepared.
These 3 to 4-hour workshops are not just about cooking a delicious meal from scratch; they’re about gaining new skills, techniques, and knowledge. You’ll leave with full recipes for everything we cooked, so you can recreate the dishes at home.
Classes are kept small, with 5-6 students, to ensure plenty of hands-on time for everyone. What matters most to us is that you learn and have a great time doing it.
February classes are $65 per person & will be held at Lorena’s home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
